Welcome to Logo Foundry. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our logo generation platform and related services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

Logo Foundry is an online logo asset generation platform that provides:

• Logo file upload and processing
• Automatic generation of multi-platform logo assets (favicon, PWA icons, Apple Touch icons, social media images, etc.)
• Download and management of generated assets
• Credit-based usage system

Account Terms

Account Creation

• You must sign in through Google or GitHub accounts
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

Account Usage

• Each user may only create one account
• Accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred
• Automated means may not be used to create multiple accounts
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations

Service Usage

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Only upload logo files you have legal rights to use
• Not upload files containing illegal, infringing, or inappropriate content
• Not attempt to hack, modify, or interfere with normal service operation
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Credit System

• Credits are used to generate logo assets
• Credits can be obtained through subscription plans or individual purchase
• Credits have expiration limits (typically 30 days)
• Expired credits are non-refundable and non-recoverable
• Credits are non-transferable between users

Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

• Free Plan: 50 credits per month
• Pro Plan: 1,000 credits per month ($9.90/month or $99/year)
• Lifetime Plan: 1,000 credits per month (one-time payment of $199)

Subscription terms:

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel subscriptions at any time
• After cancellation, you can continue using the service until the current billing period ends
• No partial month refunds are provided

Intellectual Property

Your Content

• You retain all rights to uploaded logos
• You grant us limited license necessary to process and generate assets
• We will not use your logos for other commercial purposes
• You are responsible for ensuring uploaded content does not infringe others' rights

Our Service

• The Logo Foundry platform and its features are our intellectual property
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service code
• Generated asset formats and technology are our intellectual property
• You may freely use generated logo assets for your projects

Generated Assets

• You own all assets generated based on your logos
• We claim no rights to the content of generated assets
• You may use these assets in any project
• We are not responsible for how generated assets are used

Payment Terms

Payment Processing

• All payments are securely processed through Stripe
• Prices are displayed in USD
• Taxes may apply at payment

Refund Policy

• Credit packages are non-refundable after purchase
• Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime but current period fees are non-refundable
• We will consider refunds for service unavailability due to technical issues

Price Changes

• We reserve the right to change prices
• Price changes will be notified 30 days in advance
• Existing subscriptions are unaffected during the current billing period

Privacy and Data

• We handle your personal data according to our Privacy Policy
• Your logo files are securely stored and used only for asset generation
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties

Limitation of Liability

Service Availability

• We strive to maintain 99.9% service availability
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Planned maintenance will be notified in advance

Damages Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to fees you have paid
• These limitations apply to all claims

Termination

Termination by You

• You may stop using the service at any time
• You may request deletion of your account and data

Termination by Us

We may terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months)

Termination Consequences

• You will lose access to the service
• Unused credits will expire
• We will handle your data according to our Privacy Policy

Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time
• Significant changes will be notified via email
• Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of new terms
• If you disagree with new terms, you should stop using the service

Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by US law
• Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation
• If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through arbitration

Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding service use.

Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
