Terms of Service

Terms for Logo Foundry tools, AI generation, credits, payments, and generated assets

2026/10/03

Agreement and scope

These Terms govern your use of Logo Foundry's website, logo and icon tools, AI generation, and related account and payment services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain information handling and browser storage.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use the service for an organization, you must have authority to act for it. The service is not directed to children under 13; users below the legal age of majority must have appropriate parent or guardian authorization.

What the service provides

Logo Foundry includes browser-based logo editing, favicon and app-icon generation, image conversion and resizing, previews, installation guides, server-side processing of uploaded logos, and AI-generated logo concepts with local layout and asset export.

Capabilities vary by tool. Browser-only tools process inputs locally; the homepage/upload workflow and AI generation involve server processing. Favicon Checker requests public resources from the website you submit. Formats, sizes, download contents, and limits are those described in the relevant interface, not a promise that every tool supports every output.

AI results are raster images. Packaging a raster image inside an SVG does not create editable vector paths. Transparent-background requests do not guarantee actual transparency. Generated icons and configuration files still require installation and testing in your project; they do not by themselves make a complete PWA or guarantee platform approval.

Accounts and acceptable use

Many local tools can be used without an account. AI generation and protected account features require sign-in through an available method. Keep account information accurate, protect access to your sign-in provider, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.

You must have permission to use uploaded images, brand names, text, and reference material. Do not submit unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, impersonate others deceptively, distribute malicious files, disrupt the service, bypass access or payment checks, or use multiple accounts or automation to abuse trial allowances. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information you are not authorized to send to the relevant service providers.

AI acceptable use: content standards and prohibited categories

These standards apply to prompts, brand names, briefs, reference images, refinement instructions, generated images, and use or sharing of results. You must not request, generate, upload, edit, download for unlawful use, or distribute any of the following through Logo Foundry, or attempt to bypass safety controls:

  1. Pornography and NSFW content: Pornographic or sexually explicit images, sexualized nudity, sexual services, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
  2. Violence and gore: Graphic violence, bloodshed, mutilation, torture, or content that promotes, glorifies, or incites violence, terrorism, or harm to people or animals.
  3. Hate speech: Content that promotes hatred, dehumanization, discrimination, or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or another protected characteristic; this includes hateful symbols and extremist propaganda.
  4. Child-unsafe content, including CSAM: Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexual exploitation or sexualization of minors, grooming, or content that endangers children. This prohibition includes synthetic, fictional, and AI-generated depictions, regardless of whether a real child is involved.
  5. Deepfakes and impersonation: Deceptive deepfakes, unauthorized use of a person's likeness to mislead or harm, impersonation of individuals or organizations, or false claims of identity, authorization, or endorsement. Non-consensual sexual deepfakes are also prohibited.
  6. Copyright and trademark infringement: Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual-property rights, including unauthorized copying of protected logos or artwork and branding that misleadingly implies affiliation with a rights holder. You must hold the rights or permissions needed for your inputs and intended use of outputs.

These prohibitions also apply when a request is described as a joke, a test, a fictional scenario, or an attempt to evade detection. If a result appears to violate these standards, stop using or sharing it and report it to us. The responsibilities in Your content and generated results continue to apply.

Reporting prohibited content and rights violations

Users, affected individuals, and rights holders can report concerns to support@logofoundry.app. Use the subject “AI Content Report”, “Child Safety Report”, or “Copyright / Trademark Report”, as appropriate. Include the generation/task ID or accessible content link if available, the approximate date, the suspected prohibited category, a short explanation, and a contact email. For a rights complaint, identify the protected work or mark and your ownership or authority to act, with relevant supporting information.

Do not attach, download, or redistribute suspected CSAM or other illegal imagery to make a report; provide identifiers or links and a description instead. Do not include passwords, payment credentials, or unrelated sensitive information. Reports do not require a Logo Foundry account. We may ask for information needed to locate the content or verify a rights claim. How we handle reports is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Platform content moderation and enforcement

We combine the image provider's automated safety checks with human review of reports and suspected abuse. AI requests enable the selected image provider's automated content safety checks. These checks can reject a request or prevent an image from being returned. Their coverage depends on the provider and model; they do not detect every prohibited category or replace copyright and trademark checks. We do not manually approve every image before delivery.

When we receive a report or identify suspected abuse, authorized personnel review relevant prompts, reference or generated images, task records, provider responses, and account activity as needed to assess the issue against these standards. We prioritize suspected child exploitation, credible threats, and other serious illegal content. Depending on the evidence and severity, we may warn the user, reject or restrict further generation, remove stored content or disable access to it, temporarily suspend access, or terminate an account for serious or repeated violations. We may preserve necessary evidence and cooperate with providers or competent authorities where required or permitted by law. We cannot remove copies already downloaded or independently shared outside our service.

Where lawful and practical, we explain an enforcement decision. You can appeal by emailing support@logofoundry.app with the relevant account/task reference, the decision, and your reasons or supporting information; we will review the appeal and correct an action found to be mistaken. Restrictions do not automatically forfeit unused purchased credits or remove statutory refund rights. Undelivered generation credits follow the settlement rules below. Safety checks and report review reduce risk but do not guarantee that all violations will be detected.

AI image models and providers

Our AI image-generation service uses models in the GPT Image and FLUX families. The current default configuration uses GPT Image; FLUX is supported as an alternative configuration.

The configured model is used for initial image generation and reference-image refinement. Brand text, typography, layout, previews, and asset packaging are handled by Logo Foundry's editing and export tools rather than a separate image-generation model. We record the provider and model identifier for each generation. If we change the model used by the service, we will update this disclosure; contact support with a task reference to ask which model was used for that task.

AI credits and trial

The current AI credit rules are:

  • Eligible accounts that have not purchased credits receive a one-logo trial: 10 trial credits, valid for 30 days after issue. This is not a monthly allowance. After successful trial delivery, further generation and refinement require purchased credits; unsuccessful delivery allows a retry while the trial remains eligible.
  • Accounts with a credit-purchase record can request one to four initial images per generation and use single-image refinement. Each successfully saved candidate costs 10 credits; a successful refinement costs 10 credits.
  • The selected quantity's cost is reserved before generation. Final settlement charges for successfully saved candidates and returns the undelivered portion. If a task is still pending, settlement may be delayed until its status can be resolved; closing the page does not cancel the task or release the reservation immediately.
  • Purchased credits currently do not expire. Trial or promotional credits may expire as shown in the account. If a reserved promotional credit expires while a task is running, the returned portion receives a seven-day grace period.
  • Credits are account-bound service units, not money, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. Any refund is handled under the payment terms below.

Local editing, downloading available results, and local asset packaging do not incur an additional AI generation charge. Generation charges are based on delivered candidates, not whether you like the design or choose to download it. Do not repeatedly submit a pending request; check its status or contact support.

Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds

AI credit packages are one-time purchases through Waffo, without automatic renewal. Current packages are Starter: 400 credits for $4.99 USD; Creator: 1,000 credits for $9.99 USD; and Studio: 2,400 credits for $19.99 USD. Confirm the package and final price shown before checkout, including any stated taxes or fees. Credits are issued after payment confirmation; returning from checkout alone is not proof of fulfillment.

If a separate Stripe subscription or lifetime offering is available, its price, renewal interval, cancellation terms, and included benefits are those shown in that checkout. Such a purchase does not automatically include recurring AI credits. A renewing subscription can be managed through available billing controls or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals and ordinarily leaves access until the paid period ends.

AI credit-package purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is completed, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This policy applies whether purchased credits are unused, partly used, or fully used; dissatisfaction with an AI result does not qualify for a refund. Credits for failed or undelivered generations are returned to your credit balance under the settlement rules above; this is not a payment refund. For a duplicate charge, missing purchased credits, or a technical delivery problem, contact support@logofoundry.app with your order reference so we can investigate and correct the issue. If a payment refund is required by applicable law or processed by the payment provider, the remaining unused credits from that purchase are removed; active reservations may need to settle first.

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights or refunds required by law. Future price or package changes will be shown before a new purchase; they do not retroactively change fulfilled orders or entitle earlier purchases to later promotional allowances.

Your content and generated results

You keep any rights you already hold in your inputs. You authorize us and the providers needed for the chosen workflow to process, store, transform, and deliver those inputs and results to provide the service, resolve technical issues, and meet legal obligations. This permission does not transfer ownership of your source material to us.

As between you and Logo Foundry, we do not claim ownership of your logo content or AI output. You may use downloaded assets for personal or commercial projects to the extent you have the necessary rights and comply with applicable law and any third-party asset, font, icon, model, or provider terms. Use of a built-in icon or font does not override its original license.

AI output may resemble other designs, contain errors, or lack copyright protection in some jurisdictions. We do not guarantee uniqueness, exclusive ownership, non-infringement, trademark availability, or successful registration. You are responsible for reviewing results and checking third-party rights before using them as a brand identity. Logo Foundry does not provide a trademark clearance service.

The website's code, interface, and documentation remain subject to their applicable intellectual-property rights and any published open-source licenses. Standard file formats such as PNG, ICO, SVG, and web manifests are not claimed as our exclusive property.

Storage and availability

Download and back up results you intend to keep. The service is not a permanent archive. AI generations are eligible for cleanup after seven days by default, subject to configuration and scheduled processing. Active tasks cannot be deleted before processing and settlement finish. Uploaded originals have different retention behavior, described in the Privacy Policy; cookie expiry does not delete server files.

Services may be unavailable because of maintenance, network issues, provider failures, or safety limits. We do not offer a fixed uptime guarantee or promise uninterrupted, error-free results. We may change features or limits; if a material change affects an outstanding paid entitlement, contact support so it can be addressed under applicable law.

Suspension, termination, and responsibility

You may stop using the service at any time or request account deletion. Download needed assets and contact support about outstanding orders or balances before deletion; removing an account may prevent later access to its credits and files.

We may restrict access to address fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, security threats, or material breaches of these Terms. Where practical, we will explain the restriction and allow you to contact support. Suspension or termination does not automatically remove statutory refund rights or turn all unused purchased credits into forfeited credits. Data handling follows the Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of fitness for a particular branding purpose, and we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from your use of generated content. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. You remain responsible for lawful inputs, installation, backups, and reviewing output before use.

Changes, disputes, and contact

We will publish revised Terms with an updated date and communicate material changes through an appropriate website notice or account communication. Changes will not retroactively remove accrued consumer rights. If you disagree, you can stop using the service and contact us about outstanding paid services.

Contact support@logofoundry.app first so we can try to resolve a dispute. Unresolved disputes are subject to applicable law and the competent courts, including any mandatory protections available in your location. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
