Why use this logo animation maker
Everything runs locally — fast, private and free
Animated SVG vs GIF — which should you use?
Export both and use each where it works best
• Tiny file size and infinitely scalable — perfect for websites and apps
• Runs as native CSS animation, always crisp on retina displays
• Supports true transparency
• Best for: website headers, loading screens, documentation
• Plays everywhere: email clients, chat apps, social media, presentations
• No code required — just drop the file in
• Larger file size; transparency has hard edges (1-bit alpha)
• Best for: email signatures, Slack/Discord, social posts
Frequently asked questions
Is this logo animation maker really free?
Yes. All 10 presets and both export formats (animated SVG and GIF) are completely free, with no watermark and no account required.
Is my logo uploaded to a server?
No. The tool runs entirely in your browser. Your logo file is read locally, animated locally and exported locally — it never touches our servers.
What is the difference between SVG and PNG input?
An SVG logo can be animated element by element, which unlocks the stroke-drawing and staggered-reveal presets. A PNG or JPG is animated as a whole image with the 8 universal presets.
Can I use the animated SVG on my website?
Yes. The exported SVG contains standard CSS keyframes and works in all modern browsers. Embed it with an <img> tag or inline it directly in your HTML.
Why does my GIF have rough edges on transparent backgrounds?
GIF only supports 1-bit transparency, so semi-transparent pixels get hard edges. For best results, export the GIF with a solid background color that matches where you will use it, or use the animated SVG which supports full alpha transparency.
Can I animate my logo with AI?
This tool uses hand-tuned presets for predictable, brand-safe results. AI-driven custom choreography is on our roadmap — the presets here cover the most common logo animation needs today.
